Location: The home sits on a quiet court near Mission Blvd, within easy walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, and coffee shops. Noise: You’ll hear the sounds of the beach and the lively neighborhood at times, especially on weekends and during summer. Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM. Stairs: The home includes 28 stairs between levels, so please keep that in mind for anyone with mobility limitations. Climate: Enjoy cool coastal breezes year-round; the home also includes A/C for warmer days. Renovations: Recently updated with new flooring, paint, and fixtures — we simply ask that guests treat it with care so it stays beautiful for everyone to enjoy. Outdoor space: The patio/deck area is perfect for relaxing, but please avoid moving furniture onto public walkways or sand.
